A regular student benefits from the discount, which is calculated after the first semester according to the cumulative average he obtains in each semester. It is available for all bachelor’s programs.
- 20% if the student obtains a cumulative GPA of 4.75 or higher.
- 15% if the student obtains a cumulative GPA of 4.5 or higher.
- 10% if the student obtains a cumulative GPA of 4.25 or higher.
The student receives a 15% discount on the tuition fees of the second brother/sister until the end of the study, and a 20% discount on the tuition fees of the next brother/sister.
It is one of the financial facilities programs provided by Riyadh Elm University to its students as a contribution to achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The Mostaqbal Program allows the student to pay only 50% of the tuition fees during the study period, and 50% is paid after graduation in monthly installments. This is to reduce the burden of tuition fees during the study period by postponing the payment of half the fees until after graduation and paying them in monthly installments. The Future Program includes all specializations offered by the university for the bachelor’s level.
The Mostaqbal Program includes all specializations offered by the university for the bachelor’s level to prepare specialized graduates compatible with the needs of the labor market.
- The student is not entitled to combine two discounts
- The Mostaqbal Program does not grant any kind of discounts because the student has financial privileges
The administration of Riyadh Elm University was keen to make an agreement with the Sulaiman Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi Foundation for Development Finance in order to reduce the burden of tuition fees and create appropriate conditions to support the student’s regularity in his academic career at the university, as the program provides the student with the opportunity to learn and pay after graduation.
It is available to new and regular students at Riyadh Elm University, so that the fund finances the student to make it easier for him to pay the tuition fees. The institution pays the university’s tuition fees, provided that the student pays the amount in installments with easy payments.
Financing Term
Bachelor’s Degree:
- Dentistry: A maximum of 9 years, starting from the years of study until after graduation.
- Other Specializations: A maximum of 6 to 7 years, starting from the years of study until after graduation.
Master’s Degree:
- A maximum of four (4) years.
At the beginning of each semester, the student pays to the Sulaiman Al Rajhi Foundation for Development Finance 20% of the cost of his/her semester study, and the remainder of the total amount is paid in monthly installments.
