In 22nd day of December, 2011 at 9:30am until 10:30am, all Administrative Directors and Assistant Directors were called for a General Administration Meeting organized the Rector's Office under the instruction of the Rector, Prof. Abdullah Al Shammery.
The meeting was held in executive meeting room 3, 7th floor of South Tower, An Namuthajiyah Campus and was attended by 11 Administrators namely, Prof. Abdullah Al Shammery, Rector; Dr. Saleh Al Shamrani, Dean-College of Dentistry; Dr. Mansour Assery, Postgraduate Coordinator; Dr. Abdulaziz Al Shammery, Director of Prince Salman Center for Riyadh Children Health; Mr. Muhanna Al Muhana, Gen. Director for Finance and Human Resources; Mr. Abdullah Al Mudhi, Gen. Director for Administrative Affairs; Mr. Mohammad Al Fawaz, Education Consultant; Mr. Mohammed Al Bekairy, Assistant Administrative Director (Qurtoba); Mr. Mohammed Al Wehaibi, Assistant Administrative Director (Muneseya); Mr. Mohammed Al Qahtani, Assistant Administrative Director (Olaya); Mr. Mohammed Al Ahmari, Assistant Administrative Director (An Namuthajiyah).
The discussion mainly focused on the assessment of current situation, diagnosis of problem encountered, and evaluation of treatment/action that were rendered in each campus of RCsDP.
Prof. Al Shammery emphasized to each administrator their main role in their respective area of duty which includes coordination of different activities, managing administrative issues, and promoting orderliness in the campus.
Each attendee shared their point of view and suggestions on how to improve the current administrative system in the college. They came up with several decisions such as to provide official e-mail for each QA Administration in each campus e.g. qaaq for Qurtoba Campus for identification and to facilitate fast submission and follow-up of different requests. For the upcoming 2nd General Administration Meeting, all requests with pending action will be tackled to evaluate how the concerned department responded to those requests directed to them.
At the end of the meeting, Prof. Al Shammery thanked all attendees for their participation and support to RCsDP.
