Riyadh Colleges of Dentistry and Pharmacy announces that the 6th Riyadh International Pharmacy Meeting & Exhibition, officially sponsored by the College will be held on 5-6 October 2011 [7-8 Dhual Qa’dah 1432H] at the Riyadh Colleges Namuthajiyah Campus in King Fahad Road, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This meeting is dedicated to Pharmacy – education, research, care and quality control. In keeping with the approval given to Riyadh Colleges by the Ministry of Higher Education to hold scientific meetings yearly from 2006 through 2015 [1427 to 1436H], the college continues to organize and sponsor quality conference meetings covering diverse aspects of Dentistry and Pharmacy. The college is particularly delighted that this year’s meeting is exclusively dedicated to Pharmacy.
The goals of this meeting as envisioned by the college organizing committee include:
Exchanging this information among pharmacy researchers, clinicians, trainees, students and others who attend the meeting.
Disseminating information on the most current advancements in different aspects of Pharmacy – Education, Care, Research and Policy.
Bringing together basic, translational and clinical pharmacists for useful interaction and exchange information.
Highlighting the role of Riyadh Colleges, a private higher institution of learning, as a committed contributor to the advancement of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Saudi Arabia.
To achieve these goals, the meeting will be attracting national, regional and international speakers. In addition to aiming for professional enrichment of pharmacists and allied medical health practitioners, the meeting also serves to foster social links and interactions among the professionals. During the meeting, there will be opportunity for delegates to visit Saudi Arabian cultural monuments.
Scientific meetings are avenues for continuing education. It is hoped that the 6th Riyadh International Pharmacy Meeting and Exhibition will achieve this.
